No. . . we can't. If the rulers of this country (READ- Corporate Amerika) are going to put up trees, lights, and ornaments, and broadcast their commercials BEFORE thanksgiving, then we need to have friggin snow and ice then as well!

I vote for white cake with either real buttercream icing (not the whipped junk they ut on at the grocery store now) or white cake with hot fudge over the top. :)

  That's good, but something I haven't had in years, like my mother baked.  A yellow lemon cake with real lemon icing and my grandmothers chocolate cake made with dark chocolate and butter milk and chocolate icing.  :drool1:  :drool2:

  I place 7TH in the 4H Fair and would have done better if the top layer hadn't slipped off in shipping.  One of the judges told me it was the best tasting cake there and would have done better if it had looked better.  Well, I did pretty good against all girls. :biggrin:
