Saw an adult and very healthy doe yesterday along Columbus (south of 67th) with three fawns of identical size, still bearing spots. Triplets!

Never seen that before. . .

  You got to remember most of this started under Ronald Reagan and Newt Gingrich.  With Newt Gingrich's contract for America.  The destruction of unions, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and government restrictions on businesses, banks and the stock market.  You can see where it has lead us too, Donald Trump and Republican control of our country.  All this lead and financed by the Billionaires, Millionaires and corporations.   We have the best government that money can buy.     :007: :mad: :redface:  :rant:

The people in that area have never been hit by something like this in their lifetimes.  I hope they heed the warnings and get out of the way of this dangerous storm.  Hopefully the direct strike will be around a lesser populated area of the Outer Banks, but it's going to be bad all the way up and down the coast including Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

Overheard in the grocery store today. "My prayers have been answered! That hurricane isn't going to hit us!" I guess the prayers of the people in the Carolinas don't count.

This reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend.  She told me she was praying for her son-in-law who applied for a job. Then she paused and said, "I guess I'm praying someone else out of getting the job since I'm praying for him to get in. Well, that's what I need to do and I hope the other people applying find another job!"   He did get the position and I'm sure it had nothing to do with his experience and personality.  :rolleyes:

For the hurricane curious, here's a link to a webcam at Wrightsville Beach.  It's hosted by the Oceanic Restaurant.  It probably won't last long once things get going.  It'll either get blown off, or will suffer a power loss shortly after the hurricane arrives.
