I don't get it!

The Pope says that it's OK for a gay man to be a priest, but not OK for a woman to be a priest!

I just don't get it!

Took my youngest son to Colt camp today.  Now, I always considered myself a pretty big NFL fan.  But I gotta tell ya, there are people out there that take this GAME WAY more serious than I ever did.
Grown men, in their 40's and 50's donning Colts attire from head to toe....sitting in the hot sun, anxious as a 5 year old on Christmas Eve.  They hollered and screamed as these guys strolled onto the field.
Somewhere down the line, I guess I only THOUGHT I was a fan.....and I pretty sure I will NEVER EVER be a fan, if that is what I must resort to.

It was at the most, somewhat boring.  Even my son was ready to leave after about 20 minutes.  Thank GOD!

My son and I will simply get excited about this season when we plop down in our easy chairs in front of the 50" ten or fifteen minutes before the first kick-off this year.

I salute the real fans out there....I guess that is what it takes to keep those over priced prima-donnas entertaining us on Sundays.

Yeah, I don't understand the diehard Dolphin fans who plop their asses down on the 95 degree practice field when the heat index is over 100 degrees.   That doesn't stop some from doing it though.

I wonder how many 8th graders today could pass this 101 year old exam from a school system in Kentucky.  I know quite a few adults who couldn't pass it.

They should go back to that test and make it a requirement for every 8th grader to pass......I think it would be an improvement over our current standards.

There may be something to be said for that HH.

Honestly (and this really, really isn't bragging) I could ace that test. I was very fortunate to have had some excellent teachers along the way.

Notice that #8 under geography would have a different answer today than it did in 1912.

Really?
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.
