I've been telling you for years of the subjectivity of drug/substance abuse testing and the fact that it is prone to erroneous results; now look at this:

Quote. . .The findings from the audit, provided to The Indianapolis Star, showed errors in about 200 of 2,000 marijuana tests reported to law enforcement as having positive results. That includes about 50 described as "a conscious manipulation of results" by lab workers. . . .

The Troll

Does anyone expect to get a fair break from the broken judicial, law system.  Who pays the Judge, the prosecutor, the crime labs and the cops that have an unlimited prosecuting budget.  The state,  the state of Indiana or any other state in the United States of America.

We have a Judical system, like a three legged stool.  One leg is the judge, one leg is the lawyer and the last leg is the cops.  The forth leg the crime labs, it is the club the other three use.  If the crime lab is crooked and one of the three legs fails, the legal system would fall.  That why bad judges, bad lawyers and bad cops can get away with what they do.  They protect each other and you see it happen all of the time.

I seen a show last night where a guy spent 17 years in prison for a crime he didn't do.  Why?  The prosecution with held evidence.  !7 people released from death row in Illinois because of crooked police work and crooked prosecution.  Bad isn't it.  Why would the Troll be down of the legal system?  Because I keep up with it, other people let it fly by.
