A Morgan county Indiana woman is in jail this evening, charged with several counts of intimidation, a class B felony, for posting threats toward Morgan County officials on facebook!

Indiana State Police arrested a Martinsville woman for intimidation after police say she threatened Morgan County officials in messages posted on Facebook.

Allen, 51, was arrested on a warrant and booked into the Morgan County Jail on eight counts of intimidation, State Police Sgt. Curt J. Durnil said.

Morgan County Prosecutor Steve Sonnega, one of Allen's alleged victims, handed the investigation to Special Prosecutor Barry Brown, Durnil said. Brown filed the charges and officers arrested Allen at her Martinsville home on Friday, Durnil said.

The threats by Roger Ockomon of North Webster name a city employee who filed a sexual discrimination and retaliation complaint against the mayor.
