Getting the walls of the new nursery, (at the old stall), ready for paint. . .

Discovered a BETTER way to "sand" the mud when drywalling too. Sponge it! No dust!

  Tell me about  your problems, I own a house built in 1880 and have lived in it for 48 years paid off in 12 years.  It is a continuing piece of work.  Know all of the trick of working on a old house.

  But with the highest house payment of $89 and this years with a Property tax payment of  $400 on it this year.  I think it has been worth it, many times over.   :yes: :smile:  Yes, I have made some good decisions in the past years.  I almost built new.  :knife:  :biggrin:

Very cool! I'm debating on whether or not to go to my 25th reunion. I've pretty much kept in touch w/everyone I cared to, so I'm not sure. It might be nice to go back home. It's been a good while.

  Let me tell you one thing, GO!  My wife went to her 50TH class reunion.  She has age beautifully and has taken care of herself and with my being her personal slave :bow: of letting her lead she looks good. :kiss:

  Well, she went.  Had her hair perfect, makeup just right, the proper gold jewelry, a pretty frilly dress. high heels and hose and took off to see the classmates. :eye:

  She killed the old men of her class. :drool2:  She brought home a picture of her class, which was a small one from a small school.  The other women that were there had on slacks, sweaters and big white tennis shoes. :doh:  She stood out like a beautiful rose among a bunch of thorns.  Go, Go, and kill the old farts.   :biggrin:
