I will be helping my son in law to haul some supplies for his horses sometime today. Hay, shavings, feed, etc. . .

I went to the gym, the store (what a crazy day at the store), cleaned and made some quesadillas for lunch. I think I'll get a trail walk in w/Benji before I veg for the rest of the day .

As we were hauling in the supplies, every time I walked past this horse he'd "reach out" to me, and then cut up if I didn't pay attention to him. Son in law said, looks like you just made a friend, and sure enough I did. . . He said the horse normally isn't very affectionate or anything like that, but he SURE was with me. . .  :biggrin: :biggrin:

  Thank the heavens I usually don't have any problems sleeping.  But there are times that when I get into this mode, I think of the most stupid things, I can't shut off my brain.  Worry about things I can't fix while I'm in bed and things that don't really mean a damn thing when I'm awake, but when I'm this way they are monumental problems.  Round and round and round every stupid idea comes up and keeps me awake and I couldn't fix here in bed any way.  :dam:

  Also I find that the more I worry about not sleeping, the problem gets worse.  Hell, I just up, turn on the TV, get a little warm decaf coffee if you like milk, a little warm milk,  find the most boring TV show, low volume, get into my recliner, put on my little blankie, get into my recliner, lay back, turn out the light and in less than 5 minutes I am to sleep.  :zzz:  Good luck.  :love:

Good ideas. :yes: I generally get manuals from work and read though them. Sometimes that works. ;D


Today, the Princess and I are hoping in the car and heading to hell, a place the majority of the world calls "the mall".  We have some birthday shopping to do. After that, I'm meeting a friend for a movie and after that, I'll drop the Princess off and head out for another birthday party.

It's a busy, busy day, but SOOO beautiful. :island:

Just got back from the accountant's place.

Not as bad as I thought it would be.

And, while I was there, I remembered that it is better to have an income to pay tax on than have none at all.

No more rants about taxes from me.
