Dolly Parton believe it or not.  We were in Dave's the other day and they had a CD/DVD  called An Evening With Dolly Parton and I'm really glad we bought it.  She is one heck of a musician and I didn't even realize it.  I like some of her songs but I've never been that impressed with her as a whole.  Well, I guess I'm gonna have to rethink on that one.  If you like her at all I highly recommend this.
