you know.  he always looked barely awake, even in his youthful days.  hard to imagine he would be all that charismatic live.  great voice and singer though.  i was never a huge fan.

lately been listening to a little cypress hill "insane in the membrane".  golden oldie there!

This was a DVD of some of his live performances.  And you're right, he did look half asleep. There were some real good songs on it but I wish someone else had been doing them.... :yes:

Van Halen.......They suck live too.....Maybe we didn't get such sweet deals Sunday at the Music Lovers convention after all...... :-\  Oh well, time before that we struck gold..... :yes:

I saw Black Sabbath open for Van Halen back in the day. Sabbath rocked the house and were outstanding. I walked out on Van Halen. They were stinking up the joint! (A lot of others thought so too!)
