I will build a second garage soon after we sell the old house.  Surprisingly this house has about 50 more square feet in the garage than what I have now, thanks to an extra 7X10 area on the left front corner.

Coming from an older home with 10 foot ceilings, the vaulted living room is a big plus.  It doesn't feel crowded as the others with 8 foot ceilings did.

I have a 3 year old John Deere zero turn I bought in anticipation of the eventual move.  This place is only an acre, so it will do nicely.  I may look into something for snow removal later, but I did notice one of the neighbors has a snow plow for his truck.  Might be better to pay him instead of buying something of my own, but then again, where is the fun in that?

For years I had a 5 hp Atlas.  It got pretty ratty and I couldn't buy parts.  So two years ago I bought a 7 hp Craftsman on sale. with 6 forward gear and 3 reverse.  Controls on the console for the nozzle and best of all electric start..

This is a bad boy, I can blow 14 inches of snow 15 to 20 feet.  I one trip down and back I can clean a whole sidewalk and 2  trips down and back clean a two car drive way.  You sure can't be the power drive and especially the power reverse.  Even with my bad back it's fun to get out and blow snow.  It isn't hard work.

Very nice looking place! I hope you enjoy your new home for many years.
What the Hell is a signature? Am I supposed to type something in this box? I guess I'll find out.

I figured you might. Now that you have time for your hobby it might be nice to also have the room for it too!
