I guess if you twist my arm I would say OK. By the way, for the readers who have children or spouse and discover a leafy substance in their possession. You want to know what the stuff is but you don't want the cops involved. If there was only some discrete source where you could send it to have it analyzed. Well, your problems are over! As a service to my friends on this forum, all you have to do is send the suspected substance to me and I will personally test it using accurate laboratory analysis with the most modern equipment available so there is no question about the results. Then I will mail you the results of my 100% accurate test in a plain envelope. You can rest assured that I will not keep any records of your name or address. Any suspect material left over after performing the test procedure will be promptly destroyed by incineration. I feel it is a service that I can do for society and expect no reward or compensation, that is the kind of guy I am. Remember to send the ALL of the confiscated product just in case it has been cut with some form of inert vegetation! Even though I am taking a huge risk, I will accept any size package even if it requires being sent by freight.

That is quite a valuable service you are performing, sir. May I inquire as to whether you need help? If so, I would like to volunteer my services in your endeavor. I do, after all, have a great depth of experience in this matter.

Both of you do realize that utilizing the USPS or any other mail service leaves you wide open to federal charges surrounding sales and distribution crossing state lines????? :spooked:  (Under current laws)

It is just one of the sacrifices I am willing to make for mankind. But thanks to your suggestion I now know how to payback Lorraine for all the emotional pain she has given me. I will simply send her little present in the mail and call the anonymous tip line and tell them that she is expecting a "special package"! Thanks Palehorse!
What the Hell is a signature? Am I supposed to type something in this box? I guess I'll find out.

Not sure, but as I got it he was arrest and convicted for possession of a Bong.  He got time.  Would you believe ;that bullshit.  I sure would have liked to have been on that jury.

You know we the people could put this stupid law to sleep for ever.  If at least one person would say "Not Guilty!".  That right, just one person on a jury has to say not guilty.  POOF and no conviction.

Operations Headhunter and Pipe Dreams(?) was the undercover operations where Tommy Chong got busted for his son's business dealings. It was entrapment plain and simple. The young Chong refused to send products to States where they were banned. An undercover agent purchased $5k worth of pipes when he visited the business and said he would pick them up since Chong's didn't have them in stock at the time. Then the agent kept calling and asking them to send the pipes because he couldn't come get them. For 6 months Chong refused but after repeated calls from the agent Chong relented and sent them.

But the kicker is that the government could have cared less about the son, it was Tommy Chong they wanted. His only connection to the business was loaning his son money for start up and promoting it for the boy. So guess what? Tommy Chong agreed to plead guilty as long as he was promised that his son and wife faced no charges. I watched this on a documentary. Chong's son said his Dad, Tommy, was such a bad businessman that he suggested making the World's most expensive bong, complete with diamonds "glued" on. The son said his father was a good guy but certainly no businessman. This is what your tax dollars go for, millions of dollars to put a man in jail because the Attorney General was mad at him. And a man not even remotely connected to the crime he was charged with. What justice is there in that?

The government's dogging of him did not stop there. Read through the wikki entry on him!

After trying it one time I don't see how anyone can function after partaking of MJ.  I thought everything was funny ...

Me, everything is funny. The mary-hoochie just let you recognize it. Legalization would inevitably result in far fewer cranky, self-important people. And that's a good thing.

Man can try but never seems to even match, much less improve upon, nature. I find it odd that many medicines are derived from natural herbs but the drug companies want to ban the natural forms from sale to consumers.

Lester, we've had this discussion before, and I thought you understood. There ain't no frickin' justice. All there is, is business.
