  I think if they can send you to prison for lying the FBI.  Anytime the FBI questions you, they should be made to put you under oath.  Sound and videotaped and you told of your constitional right of not incriminating yourself and the use of the 5th admendent.

  Too many people have been setup and put into prision on this phony and I think an unconstitutional law.  I think the FBI setup Susan McDuggle and Martha Steward and they went to prison to be made an example of.

  I know one thing,  If they question me on anything, I'm not saying athing.  They can't make a lie out of nothing.

Isn't your statement to any law enforcement your "sworn statement"? I mean, is it a matter of a "simple" lie or are they signing something to say that they are telling the truth and are at the risk of purjury if they give a false statement?

I think no statement is more justifiable than lying.
