  Tell me about the M-1 weighing 9 pounds.  After a 8 mile march.  They weight at least 50 pounds.  The one the Amry gave me had been really used.  All of the blueing worn off. 

  Who ever had it before me and it must have been many, really had it zeroed in.  I shot expert with it the first time around.  Good heavy Rifle.

  As we were taught.  We were told to grab our crotch and scream, "this is my gun".  Then we would hold up our M-1's and scream, "this is my rifle"  Yes, the M-1 was my rifle.  :salute:  :flag:
