Sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violation in a 2007 DWI conviction.

Also, sentenced to in patient rehab post jail time, and probation thereafter. No drugs, no booze during probation or she goes back to jail.

Judge wanted to send her to jail right now, but gave her a 2 week surrender date in order to get her affairs in order.

Wonder if she'll skate this time like before.  Isn't she the one that was sentenced and only served 12hrs or less a while back?

Yes, and she was sentenced to additional sanctions when she did not uphold her commitments, including no booze or drugs, and violated those terms as well. Now she is going to the big house. . .

No way. This judge already passed sentence. . . July 20 she surrenders to the same judge or she gets substantially more time!

The judge wanted her taken into custody on the spot but her mouthpiece argued that she needed two weeks to get her affairs in order. . . Think any of us would get that kind of break though?

But she, (the judge), warned her that failure to surrender on July 20th would mean a LOT more time and told her that the terms of her current probation sentence are still applicable, and should she violate them she would be arrested on the spot.
(She is wearing an alcohol monitoring device that is strapped to her ankle, and has to submit to a blood draw screening at any time).

I'd be willing to bet she's gonna throw a big party and test what the judge told her.

I heard that a 90 day sentence in LA is equal to about 21 days in the posh institution she will be spending time in.  Her dad wanted rehab for her.  Too bad so sad!  She has already messed up that route.
Take time to smell the roses.

The Troll

Well, this mean old Troll, doesn't give a damn what happens to her.  She has been given and receive some of the finest things life can give.

Keep her from out behind the wheel and where she can't hurt anyone else and let her drink her life away.  She sure doesn't give a damn about it.

These people thrive on someone caring and will use everyone they can.  But until they hit the bottom of the barrel, they will die or get help.

Who's taking the bets on how many affairs she could possibly have before time is up?
Ignorance and fanaticism are ravenous. They require constant feeding.

Ya know puttin' it that way it makes a whole lot more sense.  I wondered how many things she had to get straightened up but I was thinking in other terms. (the little light just came on).  :teach:
