Hypocrite !

okay, THEY (democrats)........you happy now?

and I have admitted a zillion times that BUSH DID spend WAY too much....Bush WAS the leader and he allowed it......as is Obama and he is allowing THIS to happen....and a much more alarming rate though....

why do you feel the need to call me names?....THIS is why I hate even posting on here.

Just pointing out an example of the hypocrisy in your perspectives. When a republican is POTUS "he cannot spend" but when a democrat is POTUS it is all his fault?

WHEN did I say it was okay for BUSH to spend?.........I was against him on that back then, just as I was against him on immigration....I sick of democrats who continue to support this outlandish and wreckless spending, especially when the results of it are NOT what they said it would be.....the spending that happened under Bush's watch is not even CLOSE to the spending that has occurred under Obama's...and he has BIG plans to spend MORE.....and all you can do is call me a hypocrite?......it is getting old, and uncalled for....the obvious is so blatant and yet "I" am the bad guy for pointing it out...

Your previously quoted statement indicates that a POTUS (Bush) CANNOT spend - it is congress. . .

Then you say it is the POTUS's (Obama) fault when speaking of the current administration.

You are trying to ride both sides of the fence. . . The power of the office does not change based upon what party holds it. . . That you change your views based upon who holds the office is indicative of hypocrisy. . .

No I am NOT, I merely pointed out for obvious reasons, that it is CONGRESS that spends....but it is the POTUS, that is the leader and has veto powers, and I stated that BUSH allowed TOO much, he did NOT veto when he should have....and as far as Obama, he has HIS congress passing HIS agenda's....and YES, THIS democrat congress has by far out spent ALL eight years of Bush and his congress......I am NOT riding both sides of the fence....I have NEVER changed my views....they are the same now as they ALWAYS have been....Washington is out of control...and more so now than ever in the history of this country....

I have stated many, many times my displeasure of Bush and the repubs spending and immigration issues, but you choose to lump me in with other typical republicans........I am NOT a republican...I am a conservative, and the republican party is the closest thing I have to that party....I would even consider a conservative libertarian before I would another McCain...

I will say it ONE more time, Obama is leading this country into bankruptcy or another depression, and it will be of NO fault but his own....his lying and his allowing this congress to spend, spend, spend is putting us on the verge of serious, serious problems....and it is NO ones fault, NOT Bush's...Not the past or current republicans....it is ALL Obama and HIS democrats (Pelosi and Reid).....time will tell us the truth.......IF and WHEN November proves that Americans are aware of what is going on, we will see a change in the powers of Washington.....

Henry, I believe you're sincere in all of you eloquent words.  But you know like I know your not going to win enough seats in Washington to change a damn thing.  Your party will keep saying No, No, No, and no some more.  But you won't have the veto and all you can do is the same thing your party is doing now, NOTHING.  Trying to destroy Obama, you will destroy the country.

What you guys are doing is Stupid Overkill, why don't your guys put up some ideas.  How about one good idea to stop the oil gusher.  Present some bills other than tax cuts for rich.  Your guys don't do anything but complain and cry and bitch and say no.  Your party is absolutely worthless in helping run this country.  Plain and simple.

THAT is because that is all you hear.....from left winged sources......How about the bill the republicans posed to extend unemployment benifits?.....the dems didn't want to hear it.....simply because the right wanted to use some of the $787 billion stimulus money, instead of "printing" more money.....they proposed four or five GREAT Healthcare Bills that was billions of dollars cheaper and provided coverage to those who needed it the most and would have reduced overall costs, but the left didn't want to hear it.....Bobby Jindal HAS had several ideas to help clean-up and protect his land, but has been overlooked and not heard from by the WH.....if there is any bitching or whining it is because they SEE the destruction of this Country RIGHT before their very eyes and all they can do is try to "filibuster" a few bills...

A FEW "FILIBUSTERS"? ? ? ? ?  You know the Republican Party is like a dictatorship.  Where in a land of freedom do the people vote 100% for anything.  Only in Russia, Iraq and Cuba where the presidents (dictators) of those countries got a 100% vote for them.

In Washington the Republicans vote a 100% against, NO on everything.

if something is bad, it's bad....and don't get me wrong, I know sometimes you have to let a few rotten apples in to make any cider...that is just the way it works, but IF, you know in your heart that a bill is not good, I would rather fight against it, than just compromise your principals and vote for it...........I think the real problem we have is the two parties are SO different these days, and the democrats are just as guilty in not wanting to give in to any republican ideas...THAT is where I blame the leadership role of Pelosi and Reid.....IF, they had better leadership skills, then I think there would be more give and take than just .... NO.

Henry, will you get off the Pelose and Reid phony non-issue sing song.  Your beating a dead horse. :deadhorse:

It's plain and really simple, you Repulicans want back into power.  So you can complete the total dstruction of the middle class.  So we will be like Mexico, the rich and the dirt ass  poor.

Just look at the history of the Republican Party.  To the rich, for the rich and their corporations to run ruffshod over the middlle class.  To destroy their way of life.  Destroying their jobs by outsourcing them, their unemployment checks, their unions, their Social Security, their Medicare and put them back into the serfdom class where they have to kissed the ring of their masters, the corportion and land owners and the Republican elite just to eat and Henry you're not one of them.

That is the plan of the Elite Leader of the Republican Party.  What is so bad they got the poor Republican Sheeple helping them.  The dumbass sheeple.

Troll the democrats and republicans are not any different as far as BOTH play dirty politics to get back into power.......the dems demonoized Bush and Chenney beyond recognition....both have agenda's to keep themsleves employeed....they BOTH suck when it gets right down to it.....what it DOES come down to is ideologies on particular issues....I'm just a firm believer in allowing the free market and enterprise....and keeping Washinton out of as much as possible....I know we need regulations and laws to protect us from the greedy bitches out there....but, PLEASE don't act as if the republicans OWN THE COPYRIGHTS TO GREED....the democrats (and republicans) in Wasington are only there to look out for themselves and how to keep themselves more and more powerful...

If you think any differently then you are more foolish than I thought....

With ALL of my heart, I believe that the Obama agenda of Government ran (fill in the blank)___________ is bad for Americans.
Entitlement program mentality is what is ruining this country......Our Constitution did not say that anyone is entitled to anything but the right to pursue happiness.  I don't want a bunch of buearcrats in washington deciding HOW best to spend other peoples hard earned money....Not one person is "entitled" to free this or free that....just the opportunity to be able to purchase whatever they want or need is all I that is entitled.....IMHO.

So this November, I hope and pray that we have a return of congressmen who ARE nothing more than the voice of the people...I can careless if it is repub or dem or libertarian.....and I hope and pray that THE people who vote are informed with honest solutions to today's problems and take REAL concerns with issues that we all face and put folks back in charge that will achieve these problems....

I know I get all caught up with bullshitting back and forth with you.....many times I'm just being hardheaded and arguing with you because I am one of the few here on the zone who disagrees with MOST of the stuff you are for....but, I want more than anything for this Country to become prosperous for ALL Americans....the way things was 50 - 60 years ago.

You say you want thing the way they were 50 of 60 years ago.  You don't know what they were like, 60 years ago, you were not even a glint in your father eye at that time.  60 years ago I was 12 years old and I know that my family and a whole lot of people didn't have it that good.  We still getting over World War II and the Korean War.  I know, I was there.

50 years ago, 1960, we were coming out of a Eisehower ression and then Kenndy was elected and the economy took off, good time were starting to begin.  I know I was there.  From the time I graduated until 1958 I was looking for a good job.  There weren't any.

We had good times until old Newt Giingrich and his bull shit, contract for America things were good.  But one thing I still can't get over is, how fast and how bad it got under George W. in 8 years.  You guys sure fucked up things real good.
