  What is so bad, the prision down there is ruled by the prisioners and by money.  With the money he seems to have, His family.

  He will have armed guards around him down there and eating the best foods and will buy his way out in a very short time.

Even if that were true, when he got out he'd be sent directly to the US to stand trial for extortion charges. . . The paperwork is already in process.

His mom is saying that he's nuts and needs psychiatric care.

She said that he was having psychological issues when he was accused of killing Natalie Holloway and when his father died earlier this year, he declined rapidly. He was just two days away from being commited when he took off and went to Peru. She said that she should have sought help when he was previously accused and sent him away instead.

The authorities are saying he doesn't appear to have mental illness, that he's calm and social, cold and calculating.

I'm sorry, I'm sure many factors of which we're not aware of....yet...contributed to his becoming a monster, but coddling instead of punishing when appropriate...seems to be one.
