Whatever happened to presumption of innocence? So far this is a he said she said situation. I have read and watched reports on the news and have a lot of questions. Why can't she remember when and where the party was, who was there or how she got there or home. If she repressed all the memories until two years ago why are her long time friends saying they knew about it when it happened? If this is the type of person Mr. Kavanaugh is, where are all the other women he assaulted over the years. Why aren't they coming out to accuse him?
