Now why wasn't this given as much attention as you're giving Carson? There are other things too but I want to find things like this so you can't deny the source, this is his own words coming out of his mouth. Notice also his demeaner and how he never looks at the camera or looks anyone in the eye. Also listen to the way he is speaking, how he is bringing himself down to their level, or so he thinks. There are probably people listening to his speech who are better educated than he is.

LOL!  You aren't one of them; you can't even spell, "speech."

Must have hit a valid point since, rather than commenting on the subject at hand, you went straight for a typo to do a personal attack.

No, you didn't.  In case you haven't noticed yet, Obama isn't running in 2016 so all your post was was a red herring.

It's crap from uninformed, ignorant voters like this that make me really worry!

"On Election Day, Blackburn voted for Bevin because he is tired of career politicians and thought a businessman would be more apt to create the jobs that Pike County so needs. Yet when it comes to the state's expansion of health insurance, "it doesn't look to me as if he understands," Blackburn said. "Without this little bit of help these people are giving me, I could probably die. . . . It's not right to not understand something but want to stamp it out."

What an idiot! Bevin campaigned mainly on dismantling Kentucky's healthcare system. But yet the very people who need it most voted for him?

Water under the bridge. No more germane this day than it was 8 years ago when your ilk first took the bedsheets out of the dressers and closets.

And there is no comparison to be found twixt the two you want to force a comparison of. None what-so-ever. . . One is a great American and sitting POTUS with nearly 8 years of leading this nation under the most trying of conditions, (in my personal opinion), and the other a narcissistic zealot. . .

I've been here the whole time attempting to engage in adult discussions on serious topics, and much like the POTUS been faced with bull-headed opposition that is unwilling to discuss anything on an adult level; preferring instead to engage in school-ground tactics and infantile name-calling and mud-slinging. . .  :roll eyes:

Yep. And local governments in that state are as crooked as a dogs hind legs.

Cliff notes example: My family has owned a large set of tracts of land for centuries, and in 1820 donated the land, lumber, and labor to erect a community church-house a graveyard. In the early 1970's the leadership of that church decided they needed more land to park their cars on Sundays and Wednesdays, and tore down fencing on our farm to take it. A legal battle soon ensued and the end result saw them being "given" a swath of land to park within AND more to create another graveyard just up the gravel access road from the church.

Needless to say there were harsh feelings and even my great grandmother who had attended that church since her birth, along with the rest of the family, ceased attending the very church our family donated to the community. It got so bad we dug up a large number of our relatives and had them reinterred in the newly created "private family cemetery" adjacent to the original one. . .

In 2015 the state is in the process of building a brand spanking new road in order to eliminate the switchback roads and the deaths they drive. In the process, that very same road came right across the very land the church and courts effectively stole from our family; separating the church from its brand new graveyard with 5 lanes of high speed roadway. And reducing their parking spaces by 60% too.

Karma baby. You live long enough you get to see it in action.

That church is now effectively landlocked. . .

Yes, it is germane, if people had jumped on that and every other thing Obama did, including some of the people he associated with, he may not be president right now. If anyone dared say anything negative about Obama they were tagged as racist so what is different that you can now do the same with Carson? Why doesn't that make libs racist? You just don't get it do you?

Uh, people did jump on that and every other thing Obama did and the people with whom he had associated and have continued to do so ever since.  Where have you been?

QuoteIf anyone dared say anything negative about Obama they were tagged as racist so what is different that you can now do the same with Carson?  Why doesn't that make libs racist?

Because the attacks on Obama were racist and the attacks on Carson speak to his character and honesty.

You're full of shit.  Please show me the pictures of Carson that are anywhere near to these (and literally hundreds of others) that have circulated of Obama since before he was elected.  You can't because they don't exist.

I think you're underestimating the percentage of the population who feel that way HH.  I'm not joking.

I was at an outdoor restaurant one time and heard a guy say, "It's time to get the black guy out of the White House."  He wasn't joking either.

I think there probably just as many who despise the thought of a white man in the White House........Not that that makes it okay.  But, I think by and far, the VAST majority of people are more into ideology than race.  I can honestly say, I can care less what race, gender, sexual preference, religious or not-religious a person is, if they have the ideology of conservative economics, and a morally sound leadership ability, I am interested in them.
If Billy Graham himself was running with a liberal platform and acted as Obama did, I would have treated him the same way I do Obama, with little respect.
