  Romney wants to do everything that Obama has done, but wants to give the rich a $5 Trillion tax cut and give the military $2 Trillion in unneeded funds.  Money the military hasn't asked for.

  But is giving the rich a $5 trillion tax cut going to produce 12 million jobs?  Pure bull shit.  It didn't work before and it isn't going to do in it now.      What a big expensive joke.

Obama got it wrong when he insisted over and over that Romney never advocated "help" or "government assistance" for automakers if they went through bankruptcy. In fact, Romney called for a "managed bankruptcy" that would include federal "guarantees for post-bankruptcy financing," which qualifies as indirect government assistance by any definition. What Romney opposed was the direct federal aid Obama implemented.

Here's an edited version of the candidates' long and contentious disagreement:


Romney: I said they need — these companies need to go through a managed bankruptcy, and in that process they can get government help and government guarantees, but they need to go through bankruptcy to get rid of excess cost and the debt burden that they'd — they'd built up. ...

Obama: Governor Romney, that's not what you said. ...

You were very clear that you would not provide government assistance to the U.S. auto companies even if they went through bankruptcy. You said that they could get it in the private marketplace. That wasn't true. They would have gone through a –

In fact, people can easily look it up. Romney's 2008 op-ed, published in the New York Times with the well-known headline "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt," said he was against the government bailout. But Romney wrote: "A managed bankruptcy may be the only path to the fundamental restructuring the industry needs. It would permit the companies to shed excess labor, pension and real estate costs. The federal government should provide guarantees for post-bankruptcy financing and assure car buyers that their warranties are not at risk."

  There's that old statement of yours, "Obama lied".  The first statement I heard Romney say was, "let them go bankrupt".  Just like Romney said of housing, "foreclose on all of them and sell them to business that can make money on them".   

  Now Hawk would please elaborate on Romney lies, the guy who wants to be liar in chief.  Like all of the ships we need with sails.  Or the really big one, "Syria is Iran's only ally in the Arab world.  It's their only route to the sea."  Syria doesn't even touch Iran and Iran has to openings to the sea.      Give me a break Henry, Romney doesn't know shit just like you.   

  You know damn well Henry in the whole debate you could tell when Romney was lying.     I was when he had his mouth open and was talking.  My god boy, how can you be so stupid to support this asshole Romney.   You must have Romnesia, you can't remember what the Republican Party did to this country.
