They may very well have been solvent in 2003 but let's assume for a moment that Frank was simply wrong.  Are you suggesting that he and he alone was the keeper of all knowledge about these two agencies, that no Republicans anywhere should have had some insight as well?  Where were they and why didn't they do something?  The Republicans controlled the White House and both houses theoughout the entirety of the 108th Congress from January, 2003 until January 2005.  Why did they not act on this looming disaster?  Because Barney Frank said everything was ok?  Do you know how ridiculous that sounds?

They did try and the Democrats blocked it in 2005. Barney Frank was head of the finance committee. I believe he had a lot of power in that position.

It seem to me that the great loving Christian boy :preach: doesn't have a brain of his own.  I haven't seen one thing that has come from your  thoughts.  Only the Republican talking point that comes from the Republican establishment.  You are truly brain washed.

You know if you ever get your head out of you ass and think, hell you might get a job working for Jeff Dunham as one of his dummies.  Ahab the Republican terrorist.  :haha:  :haha:

Not near the power that Dick Cheney had.  If the Republicans really wanted it they would have got it.  Besides that's water over the dam and the Republicans Banker and Stockmarketeers stepped in and fleeced the American people out of Trillions of dollars.  Anne no matter how much lip stick you try to put of this Republican pig, it's still a pig.  Nice try.  :salute:

Troll lol must be a Mexican standoff because you haven't said one thing to make obama look better. You must truly be hanging your head in shame or crying along with your great do nothing leader.Ok where's those facts?

The democrats blocked it how?  And why didn't they act before 2005?  Feel free to answer the other questions I asked as well...unless you can't...then, simply admit that you have no explanation for your paty's inaction.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

And you have no explanation for your parties inaction other than to blame Bush and the Republican's.  It doesn't wash.

Actually, for anyone with analytic capabilities who's able to follow a timeline and a sequence of events, it makes perfect sense.  To old people no longer in full control of their facilities, maybe not so much so.

That must be Troll's problem...hum, hadn't thought about that. Now as for your problem that must just be selective memory and poor memory mixed.
