Don't know if he will or not but I see no reason why he should separate himself from Donald Trump.  Questioning things is not wrong and as far as the birth certificate goes it should probably be dropped but it's still no crime to delve into it and question things.  I wish they'd get his college records released actually.  I think that's more important than the birth issue and him not wanting them made public like everyone else has sure makes one wonder what's in them.  Not being able to dig into his past like is being done to all opponents is just not right.
