Those are not his words; those are your embellishments of his words.

Ex, I don't know about you, but I have never knew of any family that wasn't dysfunctional in some way.  Nope never seen a perfect family.  It's always something that isn't perfect.     Even in a religious family.  Let us

Well, since the book was published before he entered politics, and he had likely been working on it for years before that, I must say that it was probably a very good example of intelligent advanced planning.

When was it published?

I'm surprised that he found someone to publish a memior of someone who wasn't well known at the time.

He was president of the Harvard Law Review five years before that. Quite a prestigious position. I would think that someone of that stature would have no trouble finding a willing publisher.

BTW, the book has received rave reviews for the quality of the writing.

What does it really matter, Anne the Republican wouldn't have read it any way.

I don't read autobiographies or memiors. Biographies and "authorized" biographies are usually a better source, imo.

See, I was right, Anne wouldn't read anything about Obama.  The only thing she would read about Obama would come from Turd Blossom, Carl Rowe or a Republican blogg or Glenn Beck.

Nor do I. But please explain to me why I can't get ANYBODY to admit that .....

Ya, I think someone who did drugs excessively, attended class, (college), sparingly, hung with the rough crowd, and played basketball constantly, (page 93 Dream From My Father), over that anytime.

is nothing more than an out and out LIE!

I never said that. Don't go putting words in my mouth.

Now, how about explaining your little lie?

What little lie?  You haven't proved it isn't there and I haven't been to the library yet to prove it is so you don't know for sure do you?  Don't call it a like unless you know for a fact it isn't in the "original" first release of the book and audio tape.
