Makin' fun of ole' Jeebus make you a bit too squeamish?

In all seriousness though, most every single picture of him hanging in churches all across this country depict him as white.  That's certainly not the case given his origins, if he even existed at all.

White Christians accept a Jeebus of color about as well as the do a negro in the White House.

Something about all of that just doesn't taste right to them.

Ya know if it were only white christians or white people who disagree with Obama you might just be on to something but there are also black chirstians and black people who disagree with Obama so I do believe those of you who are being told that are waaaay off base.  There are also people, both white and black, who voted for him and have since changed their minds so where do you put them in the scheme of things?  Yes, unfortunately, there are still racists and it runs both ways but shit like this sure isn't helping things it's just firing both sides up.  To be told you have to agree with someone or be of the same political persuasion as someone just because of their color is not acceptable nor is it wise.  That smacks of not being allowed freedom of choice to have a different opinion.  A black person can't even disagree with Obama's politics or be a conservative without being subjected to ridicule and that is just wrong any way you look at it.  And think about this.  It's the very people who are accusing the conservatives of being racist who are doing the ridiculing of the black conservatives.  Of course in their eyes that's different 'cause they use the excuse they're just pointing out the facts....What a crock.

Why is it the liberals had no problem disagreeing with, making fun of, and putting down Condi, Thomas, and, until he went for Obama, Powell, but Obama is off base.  Were they being racist when they did that?

The picture below is the real unadulterated picture of Jesus in the mind of Jesus.

The picture above might need a little more tint and contrast.  It might be a little different that is what is in the mind of a Christian.

I live in a townhouse in a very diverse neighborhood. The family on one side is mixed: a black woman with 4 children: one black, two light-skinned blacks, one who could pass for white. She's a hard-working nice lady who told me she's from a mixed race family. I've been told they display a picture of Christ as a black man. On the other side, the man is white, his wife Philippine. They are Catholic and have the White Christ prominently displayed in their home.

What do I have on my walls? Nothing religious. I look for good copies of originals or prints by artists I like. One of my favorites is a very real-looking copy of a painting by Renoir. The original is the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  I found my "copy" (or maybe working copy by the man himself -- in my dreams) in a Salvation Army store, amid the bric-a-brac and used furniture. Paid all of $3.00 for it!

Not so much really.

Those people got scorned for their actual actions and intentions unlike Obama for whom you all use fabrications.  No one wants to believe that he/she is a racist but not wanting to believe it doesn't make it not so.

What gets me is that none of these chickenshit Republicans will tell why they personally late Obama.

                                                      NOBODY!!

I think he has done one hell of a good job, especially after the way George W. and the Republican Party left him.  A deep depression from the way they ran the government.

That's your opinion which you have a right to and my opinion differs from that which I have a right to also and that does not make me a racist nor does it make anyone else a racist who doesn't agree with his policies. If he were white I would disagree with his policies it just doesn't matter and if you can't understand that so be it. I will simply not agree with something just because of the color of a persons skin.  Get it skippy?

That might be a reasonable argument had you not repeatedly demonstrated a profound inability to actually elucidate what those policies are.

I have done that several times and if you can't understand it it's you with the problem not me. I do not agree with the "projected" figures and how the "projected" programs, which haven't taken effect yet, are going to work enough to take them as fact like some of you do.  You seem to stay in your comfy little box and fail to see outside of it and look at the big picture so be it. Don't ask questions and don't investigate, don't even bother to think for yourself and break away from what's comfortable.  That's what you're supposed to do and you're doing it well.

:me:  Tell me just what you hate about Obama's policies.  You say it isn't the color of his skin, but you still hate him to the core of his body.  Don't you.
