Don't sell yourself short.  I'm sure you could learn if you really tried.

You're right.  I am a farily good dog trainer and pigs are intelligent animals so I suppose I probably could learn to teach one to dance if it was really important to me.

Exxon surpassed Walmart as the most wealthy company in the world. Posting a profit of 41 billion last year, it is positioned to beat that profit level in the current year.

And we subsidize this industry why???

why do we subsidize ANY companies?

WE should stop them ALL.  Not the governments place to do so.

Even pharmaceutical companies who will NOT develop drugs for orphan diseases unless the government subsidizes the research?

Today the witch :witch: of Arizona Jan Brewer signed a bill to stop funding Planned Parenthood.  This after the Republicans had passed a bill keeping Planned Parenthood from preforming abortions.

Why, is it because they want to stop the poor women from getting birth control pills and information?

Is it to hurt the poor women and kept them from getting free health exams?

Why are the Republicans fighting the war against women?

I still say the Damn Republican Party are the most evil party in America.

Lets see "ME" defend this war on women and she has daughters and granddaughters.  She can't.  Can you Punkin Pie?

Funny how religion is not an issue until it is one practiced by a democratic office holder or candidate.

Funny how birth certificates are not an issue, unless it is one for a democrat.

Funny how ancient history is non-applicable unless it involves a democrat. . .

Hum, except for the birth certificate I thought religion and ancient history was being used against Romney.  You know, the "Mormon" thing.

Honey Buns, I am reading a new book, just out, it is called "The Republican Brain".  Guess what, you're in it.  :haha:

One page 26 there is a quotation that covers you to a tee.  It was said by Stanford University psychologist Leon Festenger.  He said, "A man (or woman) with a conviction is a hard man to change.  Tell him you disagree and he turns away.  Show him facts or figures and he questions your sources. Appeal to logic and he fails to see your point."

Just like you say all the time, "what's your point"  :haha:  This book has got you and the Hawk nailed.  It a little deep in thought book and you probably couldn't understand it, but Baby Blue, it sure got the twins covered.  :haha:  :seeya2:

So far I've only been shown projected figures which aren't fact in any way shape or form and projected ideas on how things "should" work which also are not fact.  You cannot base a factual statement on something that isn't fully implemented and proven to work until that happens it can only be considered an opinion.  And as far as your book is concerned it is written by a liberal who is just expressing an opinion and nothing more.  That description can fit either party or any belief.  You, for instance, fit that description as do other liberals.

It isn't me or Troll "holding the Mormon thing" against him. It is and will be the conservative XTIAN movement doing that. No doubt about it.

And I find it more than ironic that one of the very things the conservatives use to bash the POTUS over the head, the auto industry bailouts, is now something Romney is publicly "taking credit" for today within the media.

You going to bash him too for it?

Troll did try to pull that Mormon thing on Romney in another thread.
Haven't had the TV on today so I haven't seen or heard what you're talking about.  Don't know how he could take credit for it, the bail out, anyway or even why he would want to.

EUCLID, Ohio (AP) — Campaigning in the backyard of America's auto industry, Mitt Romney re-ignited the bailout debate by suggesting he deserves "a lot of credit" for the recent successes of the nation's largest car companies.
That claims comes in spite of his stance that Detroit should have been allowed to go bankrupt.
The presumptive Republican presidential nominee told a Cleveland television station on Monday that President Barack Obama followed his lead when he ushered auto companies through a managed bankruptcy soon after taking office.
"I pushed the idea of a managed bankruptcy, and finally when that was done, and help was given, the companies got back on their feet," Romney said in an interview inside a Cleveland-area auto parts maker. "So, I'll take a lot of credit for the fact that this industry has come back."
