I think the ruling was correct...I think MAN-MADE global warming is a hoax...I'm sure there IS global warming.  GM should have filed ch 11...like all other business' do when they run into finanial troubles....

The "media" is ipso facto a corporation these days.   Probably not what the founders envisioned, but then again, nothing else is either these days including the dumbing down of the electorate.  They probably didn't count on that.

  They did a study of Liberal controlled media.  94% of the political radio shows are controlled by the Republicans, 6% by Democrat.

  On Sunday TV news shows, 7 out of 10 people on the Sunday shows were Republican.  Also on shows where there was a panel of 4 people it was 3 Republicans against 1 Democrat.  Also the Democrat wasn't given equal time and the Republicans over talked him with the host's approval. 

  Nothing like have a fair debate when there is 3 Republicans against 1 Democrat.  Don't believe me?  Watch the next Sunday news shows.   :yes: :yes:   :rant:

  Sure the new media is a corporation.  Just look at who own the newspapers, the radio stations and the television stations.  Corporations and they have to much power.  Corporations have free speech.  Just look at Fox News and all the Right Wing propaganda they put out.
