    1) In our current economic system, why should Capital deserve anywhere near the lion's share of benefit from that system?  Yes, because they are still the ones taking all the risks.   Who should get the "lions" share IYO?

    2) In a general sense without referring to our current economic system, why should Capital have either have capital or power? What kind of "power" are you referring to?  For that matter what kind of "capital" are you referring to?  Equity, cash stash, equipment?

I answered your questions you answer mine.

No they were not mine, they were Y's . . .

Mine was, "Who creates value in the employer / employee relationship?", which you continue to get wrong.

In your eyes because it must not agree with what you think the answer should be.  Neither has value without the other but if there is a relationship they are of equal value to each other.  That does not mean the employer is of the same value monetarily, as far as what each should realize from the assets though.

What is your opinion?

Think LEAN and you will find the answer. Mine is not an opinion but rather an absolute that is taught through LEAN principles. . .

How many people not in the workforce or even in the workforce who haven't been in management would even know about something like that?  The question was asked in a generic term and I answered that way right down to the consumer.  The way a question is asked has a lot to do with the answer you get.  The very thing you're talking about is what makes Japanese companies work so well.  My step daughter worked for one and was well paid, given bonuses, ample vacation time, and shares.  She was also responsible for her own area and keeping her machine clean and running properly since she was considered part owner, small share of course, as well as employee.  She was valuable to the employer because she did her job and management was valuable to employer because it was managed well, employer was still valuable to employer and management because ultimately employer was furnishing building and equipment for them to be able to be of value to them.  Yes, I'm hard headed.

Does stopping there make you happy.  It indicates that employee/management is valuable to the employer or do you want it to stop with the employee?

:blah: :blah: Since you were blabbing your mouth about how good of a job your daughter had.  Just what was she making per hour and what were her health benefits and does she still have that great job?  Just trying to keep you honest, Hard head.   I'll bet she was in the upper 10%ers.  :haha:

$15pr hr, full health care, plus profit shares, 2wk paid vacation, 1wk sick leave, 1wk personal days, and bonuses, that was 18yrs ago. She chose to quit and relocate to a smaller town.  You are such a snob.

And btw, she voted for and loves Obama but she's young and wanted to be cool and in with her friends and mom.

I love her she's a Democrat and smart.  Sound like she made some mistakes like you did when you were younger and even admitted that you had early screwed up.

It's too bad she had to give up such a good job.  I wonder if that company survived the George W. depression, like the other 150,000 companies and business we lost.  to your daughter.  It is amazing how kids can turn out good when the had such a bad roll model.

Oh, and the job, she gave it up at her mom's urging to move closer to her.

Hoooooo, that's why she's smart.  :rotfl:  She isn't your blood daughter.  No wonder she slipped through you Republican clutches.  I am so glad she got loose and wasn't brain damaged.

Well, well, well, Mitt Romney has asked for an estextentuion on his income taxes.  :sneaky:  A multi-millionaire with access ot the smartest tax advisers doesn't have his taxes ready.  Do you suppose he's like the other people, saving enough money to pay the bill.  :haha:  :haha:

:sneaky:  Or do you think he's putting it off so he doesn't have to show the fucking he's giving the other taxpayers.

Yeah, I read that and had some of the same thoughts. Maybe he's so busy making up campaign lies he doesn't have time for his tax lies?
