Then why weren't these people jerked out of the classes and taken care of in 1999 or even '98' under Clinton?  As a matter of fact why were they even allowed in the flight training classes?

As I recall during the hearings things during the Clinton administration had occurred that prevented the different operatives from exchanging information which would have been vital in knowing what was going on so he had no clue.  So quit trying to pin it all on Bush and wake up.  That is also why Clinton did nothing to prevent it.  He knew they needed to be watched but no one was able to exchange information and that is why things were reworked and the Patriot act was put into effect.  Clinton was also busy gutting the military if you remember.

The whole thing is though that Clinton could have had these people removed from the position of completing the training necessary to pull the attacks off in the first place and it wouldn't have been an issue when Bush took office.  Bush took office at the end of Jan and you know these people were already in place and Clinton had to have known what was going on and would have been in a position longer to have done something about it.
