I think they should go ahead and raise taxes the rich, meaning to me, those making over a million.  I do not think it would hurt the economy, and it would reduce the deficit, but only if DC could resist spending it.  That's the problem with taxes, the political class wants to spend all the taxes and then some. 

Who thinks it's a good idea to suddenly increase the deficit by a trillion $ a year, into the foreseeable future.  That's Barry's plan.
