Imagine... The conservatives killed a bill to extend payroll tax reductions to the working class, but squealed like a scalded pig to get them extended for the wealthy! BASTARDS!

Yep, it's all about the money.  Their just like dogs, the one who feeds them is their masters.  The :@#%&: Bastards.

In case you two need help keeping honest.

Honesty is not their stock in trade.  I don't think they really mean it; they're just fucking stupid.

Just thinking .  Mrs. Herman Cain needs a real good divorce attorney.  Old O0 Herman is just like O0 Tiger Wood and his wife sure cleaned his "plow" and went back to Sweden.  :grin2:

Old Hulk Hogan wife got the family home and 70% of old Hulk's liquid assets, she really cleaned his "plow".

In old O0 Herman case, it will be the fucking he gets for the fucking he got.  :rotfl: :rotfl:

I didn't!

Bush allowed the dems to get by with WAY too much and let the RHINO's spend WAY too much....I never claimed Bush to be perfect...he was FAR from it.  Bush made plenty of mistakes.

Now explain how the Democrats were "in control" and  to blame and the Republicans get a pass because they are only part of a fraction.

Majority in both houses.

That doesn't explain Henery's response or the fact that he claims that he didn't place full blame on the Democrats, but it does show your lack of knowledge of how the government works.

Like that's a revelation.

Heard an interesting little factoid today that speaks to the Republicans' reluctance to increase taxes on those making over $1 million.  Turns out that most of those people have careers as fund managers, high dollars lawyers and the like...people who in the course of their business create no jobs.  Only 14% of that population can be categorized as a small business owners with the potential to be job creators.  So here's the question for Henry and 'me': if we could identify and exclude the 14% of those earning more than $1 million who actually could create jobs, would you be adverse to increasing the taxes on the 86% who do not.

Avoiding this question are we?  It's really very simple; yes or no.

"This week, we learned that our economy added another 140,000 private sector jobs in November. Despite some strong headwinds this year, America's economy has now created private sector jobs for the past 21 months in a row – almost three million new jobs in all, more than half a million of them in the past four months alone." – President Obama

No thanks to the repugnicans !

And before you say it, please note the "seasonally adjusted" comment on the chart.

Now go get the stats that show the ones who are no longer looking and the ones who have ran out of benefits and are no longer counted. Also take into consideration the part time hiring that always happens this time of year.  That will bring you to the "effective" rate of unemployment and shows that the figure given is just a drop in the bucket and no sign of a real upturn in the economy because more were lost than were gained. I still fail to understand you anyone can blame the Republicans since they haven't been in charge for 3yrs in the administration and in the house for 5.

Huh. . . I was saying that for over two years, and because it didn't support your nefarious agenda it was ignored. Now that it does support your agenda it is suddenly an issue?

Tell that to your repugnican party of "No" who made sure they are no longer counted by cutting their throats!

Pretty simple really. "No". They set historical records for stalling and saying no since the current administration took office, and they continue to do so! They (the repugnican party) are blatantly pandering to the wealthy and corporations of this country, and slitting the throats of the middle class in the process.

The thing that really pisses you off is that despite all of the repugnican propaganda and stalling, some progress has been made.

I'm sorry but I just don't see things the same and the blame game is getting as old as the racist game.  A lot of things went on behind closed doors so all anyone has to go on is 2nd hand info.  If this government had been and would start being as transparent as we were told it was going to be this blame game might not be necessary 'cause we would know for sure who did what now wouldn't we?

I would submit that you have neither the intelligence or education to be able to understand any of it anyway so how you "see things" is not relevant to the subject at all.

Straw man. . .

It has been crystal clear to anyone who actually takes a few seconds to think it through, that the repugnican party could not care less about those of us who actually have to work for a living. They are trampling all over the lives, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of millions of American people who, through no fault of their own, find themselves out of work; in some cases out of work for a period exceeding 2 years!

Where was your caring for the long term unemployed when you were back slapping that hill jack from Kentucky who stopped funding of an extension for them? Where was your caring for the unemployed as they lost, and continue to lose, their homes and possessions? Where was your caring for them when the repugnicans called for, and continue to call for, the slashing of the social safety nets that are increasingly the only thing standing between those of us unemployed and homelessness?

You didn't care about them then, you don't give a damn about them now; except when it supports your skewed views. And that in a nutshell, is hypocrisy.
