BOY YOUNGEST MURDER DEFENDANT IN 90 YEARS

Republican Steve Sonnega, Morgan County prosecutor is changing a 11 year boy with capital murder.  Sonnega said, "Murder can be knowingly or intentionally.  There is a slight difference.  Knowingly means when you engage in conduct you know there is an high probability of the out come."

Does this dumbass hole mean the a 11 year old and a 6 year old know that playing with a 22 rifle will mean that one of them will be shot in the head and die.

9o years ago the young kid was tried for murder was found not guilty.  This Republicans prosecutor has to be an absolutely a stupid fool.  Must have got his education out of the Old Testament.

me

So does that mean you know exactly what happened and know for sure they were playing?
I'm thinking the boy here in Anderson who was tried for murder about 30yrs ago was only 9 but he didn't use a gun.

Well, how does the prosecuter know he meant to kill that 6 year old, pointed the gun at his head and killed him with malaise and forethought.  All of the the shootings of a kid by another kid was they were playing with a gun they found in the house.  He don't know.  He just trying to get a name for himself and I think he will turn out to be a fool wasting county taxpayer money on a case he can't win with a murder charge.

As far as the the paper this is the first youngest person every tried in 90 years for murder in Indiana.  Hell, you might be even right on that.  But I don't believe it.  But there are people who want a pound of flesh in every case, but of course unless it's their relation.

I was thinking that boy that killed the little girl in the woods behind the Edgewood Apts in the 70's was 9 or 10.

it seems outrageous to me, to think it was a premeditated murder, but without talking to the kid or knowing anything about the family, who knows?

Just because the guy is a republican does NOT mean he is out trying to get famous on charging a kid for murder.  YOU 'assume' too much Troll.

You must not read much.  I think if you did you would find that the Republicans are more law and order and big time for the death penalty.  Because of the Republican stand on the War on drugs our prisons are full to the brim with nonviolent drug offenders that costs this country Billions of dollars to imprison these people.

Just think sending one of the joint smoking people to prison cost around $37,000 a year.  It seem to me that Richard Nixon one of the "great" Republican president started the War on Drugs and in reality the war is lost.  How many billions of dollars have been spent of the War on Drugs by our states and federal government all over the world.

Just face it the Republican Party and it's followers are Authoritarians and Authoritarian followers.  They are also brutal when it come to dishing out punishment.  With the Republicans it's Black or White and no shades of color, guilty is guilty unless is some Republican that's in trouble.     That information is there if you could just see it or understand it.

THE GHOST OF GEORGE W. BUSH :ghost: IS STILL WITH US.

I see where a general retired this year said to PBS, that the cost of air condition for our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan cost 10 billion 200 million dollars a year.  $10,200,000,000 a year.  We have people here so poor that they don't have a fan.

My question is George W. why are we still there.  You started it, I think you should speak up and help stop it.

Hey, if the Republicans want to cut spending why don't they put up a bill to stop the wars they started.  It would be a good start.

There was a boy who killed a little girl about 1993 in the woods next to the oaks on 38th street. He was 12 or 13. He stomped her to death. He was tried as an adult and got a long sentence. There were two trials, the first one was a hung jury. I went to the second one, it was shorter than the first. The little girl was in my grandson's class at Southview Grade School.

I'm not saying anything about the war on drugs... ..I think many drugs SHOULD be legalized.  It is NOT a republican thing....it is what YOU conceive as a republican thing.... ;)

You generalize WAY too much....

How about this....I will generalize the way LIBERALS are to this country... ;)

Just for arguments sake.. :) ..and I don't think this is a stretch to say that liberals are of the utmost RADICAL of the Authoritarian ideology.

Who is it that is against our right to bear arms?

Who is it that is for exterminating babies while still in the womb?....the millions and millions of tax payers dollars to kill babies?

Who is it that started Fannie and Freddie to control the masses with their money?  Who can go to school under THEIR conditions?  Who can buy a home under THEIR conditions? (THEIR meaning Government)....the billions of dollars to bail them out, after they made POOR, POOR decisions?

Who is it that wants to re-define Marriage?  Declaring it a "sexual relationship or partnership" rather than supporting a lifelong commitment of family values for generations to come, instead they want MORE government intervention?

Don't give me the authoritarian speech.... am sick to death of authoritarian bullshit.....dem or repub...

Sorry, I kind of got on a roll there... :-[ 8)

Your logic (loose translation) is sooo full of holes. I'll just pick one...how can you possibly twist a woman's freedom to choose to label it "authoritatian" in any way? Also, if you want to toss in cost to the taxpayer, why don't we examine the billions of dollars unwanted children cost?

Okay the abortion may be a small stretch, but my point is, that it has become somewhat "encouraged" by the authorities, especially when it is "free" to MOST of those who "choose" to do so.....not to get off subject or on a tangent, but I cannot comprehind the justification of "killing" a baby, especially during the last trimester, but that is just my opinion.  I think about the tax dollars spent on Abortions, what IF, they was used to go to parent "wannabees" who spend thousands of dollars to adopt....just a thought.

Not "small" stretch at all.

So do you have something supporting "encouragement" of "free" abortions?

I believe most oppose late term abortions unless the mother's life is in danger, but please support the claim that is encouraged as well.

Most abortions are performed when it involves the removal of a non-viable clump of cells...not a baby. That's the difference between a logical and emotional argument.

Imagine if some of the tax payer money wasted on conservative supported abstinence only programs was poured into preventative education which has been proven to be effective.

Hum, maybe that's the one I was thinking of but I was thinking there was a similar incident in the woods behind the Edgewood apts and that's why they cut the woods down and built houses there.  I could be getting the two confused too it has been a few years.

Henry, I wish you were smart enough to sit back and understand what you just wrote.

First of all it is a Republican thing to keep the war on drugs going.  They say it all of the time.  Your guys started and your guys keep it going.

Second of all there are people of both sides that want to ban guns.  I for one who doesn't want it and it won't happen.  It is part of our Constitution. :4th3:  But your guys bring it up at every election cycle.

Third, due to the Hyde Amendment, the Federal government can't spend money for abortion.  Henry Hyde was the Republican Senator who wrote this bill.  I'll bet you didn't know that.     THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN'T SPEND MONEY FOR ABORTION.  PLAIN AND SMIPLE, HENERY.

Forth if the Republicans during the George W. Bush term hadn't passed some laws doing away with the regulations on banking, lending, and the stock market there would have never been a Housing Bubble Burst.  It was the crooked Republicans in the banking and the stock market that caused it to happen.  Crooks.

Fifth, just where do you get you have a right to decide wether a person who was born, God's fuck up, with the desire to love someone of the same sex to have a loving relationship with that person and be able to marry that person.  Henry you living in the dark ages.  You need to get you head out of the bible and your ass and enjoy the age of enlightenment.  Where do you get family values with a 54% divorce rate.  Some family values!  Did you know that the divorce rate was lower for Atheist than for Christians.  I wonder why?  Do you supose that we don't have our heads up our ass.  Just Goggle it up Henry.  You just got to wake up.

Oh yes, I'm sorry.  I just got carried away with the rant.
