  But EX, there were stipulations on the auto companies.  A lot of stipulations brought about by the Republicans, who wanted the American Auto companies to fail and die and make Obama look bad after they were dead.

Bush is the one that used his executive powers to change the TARP fund rule so that it COULD be used to bail out the auto companies and your precious unions.

The same rules that applied to the auto makers to receive TARP funds also applied to the banks. Just a few minutes research would have shown you this but you'd just rather spout your liberal lies and rhetoric.
