  Well, I glad the election is over.  All of the bullshit, false hoods and crying the Republicans did, now they have the congress.  It was no great win, no tidal wave, no tsunami, when compared with past midterm elections is was normal.

  Now they have the congress, it now time to put up or shut up.  If history is any judge of what the Republicans will do in the next two years, you can bet your sweet butt they will cause gridlock, trouble and nothing will be done for the American Middle Class because of them.

and it appears we will have 64 NEW republican Congressmen....Most gain since 1938 for the republican party....

but with all of this said, it IS time to put up or shut up...I agree.....the democrats had a chance to put up or shut up and all they could do is blame Bush and republicans for their problems of not being able to keep their own promises...the only gridlock that we had occured because of the lack of leadership and the inability to achieve success for Americans...NOW, they seem a little more interested in talking to the right, so maybe, just maybe..


but say what you want to if it makes you feel better.......but this was NO normal midterm election...

Remember one thing, the DEMS still have the control of power, IF anything DOES get done, it will have to be no more, locking out the republicans, there actually HAVE to be some transparncy and some bi-partisan work to be done, that was PROMISED by the POTUS in 2008.......One thing you bet will be done is the Bush Tax Cuts WILL be extended, and that is a WIN/WIN for every one.....that would have been tragic IF, this election had not turned out as it did.

I'm sorry, but I have to point out that the Dems walked into a mess in 2006. A mess that was largely created by total control of the Repubs. Why would anyone think the could influence a better outcome now. It seems like the opportunity the Repubs now have is basically throwing pearls before swine. All I've heard so far is a lot of useless posturing and stompng over the same old ground. It would be so refreshing to have a glimer of hope that they intend to move forward.
