Because even the poorest whites still benefit from white privilege.  They will never be racially profiled; it is highly unlikely that they will become victims of an ill-advised stop and frisk policy; they will never be denied access into the country because of their Christian religion; the will never face any threat of deportation; they are far less likely to become the victims of unwarranted police violence; they are not more likely to receive a lengthier prison sentence for the same crime because of the color of their skin...the list goes on and on.

It's difficult, if not downright impossible, to convince far too many whites of 'white privilege'.  They'd rather swallow 'reverse discrimination'.

To tell the truth, this election is explicitly about race and the disgruntled whites who want to return to 'the good old days' of separatism, unequal rights, and racial discrimination.

As a country, we should be ashamed.

I call these 'You Can't Fool Mother Nature' issues. 

Making laws determining what is, or isn't, a 'child' by arbitrary 'age' goes completely against nature.  Nature determines when a human becomes an adult, able to reproduce, not some legislators making law.

Being the human animal, we are all sexual creatures from birth as it is one of the primary drives of our existence, and it's a continuing relic of our authoritarian religious past that has America in this ridiculous turmoil about sex.

Left IN nature, that might work. But now you have to throw in society which determines when a child (girl)_ has to give up her childhood to be screwed all the time. AND you have to remove the sickness from the society who sees rape and children as pleasure...
