It looks to me as if she is getting ready to blow a bubble with gum...her tongue looks blue.  So...I'm not convinced that picture is really displaying a brat.....but, whatever.

Yes I read it and the connection you're trying to make between his being a drug dealer and a woman abuser is ridiculous.  Most drug offenders are not violent and most domestic abusers are not drug dealers.

Ex it had to do with the early release program Obama has going on because drug dealers are committing non violent crimes. He had a history which was such that he shouldn't have even been considered for early release. There was no need for that idiot statement you made about my personal life what-so-ever. Grow up.

Had you read the article, you would know that the federal sentencing guidelines were changed because of the disparity between the sentences given for crack cocaine (mostly black people) and powdered cocaine (mostly white people).  Had he been sentenced at the state level, he would have gotten 2 for 1 good time and would have been out even sooner.  The real question is why he wasn't in prison on his previous domestic violence charge.

Then the sentence for powder cocaine should have been raised. Both are dangerous and neither can be considered a "victimless" crime because if a person doesn't pay or the dealer gets the idea they're a narc they either lose body parts or do not live long.

Oh really? You mean if a person doesn't pay their dealer the dealer just shrugs it off and moves on? Or if they give a person crack, haroine, or powdered cocaine that's laced with something that kills them it's a victimless crime? I don't happen to think so but I guess in your little world that's perfectly fine.
