Guess that means all those liberals who were saying how he didn't make good grades and talking about how dumb he is compared to Obama were lying since Bush's grades weren't released.

Which means one of two things, Obama has either never spoken to colleges or he's never done it free. If he was as knowledgeable about the constitution as he would like to lead people to believe seems to me he would be, or would have been, speaking about it at various colleges.

It has always been that way that records can not be given out without the person's permission since FERPA came out
