Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

And you know each and every one of those people personally and can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, #1 they are real, #2 they are conservatives, and #3 this isn't just some made up story to stir trouble.

Americans now have a more favorable view of former President George W. Bush than they do of President Barack Obama. It is the first time in more than a decade that Americans have expressed a favorable view of Bush, at least according to a new CNN/ORC poll released Wednesday. Bush is seen in a favorable light by 52% of those surveyed.

We certainly DO like that he isn't president anymore.  :icon_twisted:

From the article you cited ...

Why the shift? Historically, the further a former president gets from the day-to-day drama of Washington politics, the warmer the country's feelings toward him have become.

So ... no news here.

But what has W done for our country since he left office? Most other presidents at least continued contributing in some fashion. He just sits around painting, it seems.

He OFTEN visits military hospitals, especially Walter Reed......just google it.  He doesn't make a big deal about it.  What does Clinton do, other than raise money for Hillary?
