When the hell are you jackwagons going to wake up and DEMAND that these lazy assholes in congress actually do their fucking jobs? 

On October 1 : (TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY!)

Most Federal offices, parks, and programs will be shut down. (No Yosemite or passports, etc.)

Federal contractors may find themselves shut down, because the paperwork cannot be processed.

Anyone needing something from a federal office will be SOL. PERIOD.

Hundreds of thousands of federal workers will be furloughed without pay.

Federal courts will be able to operate only 10 days before shutting down to all but "essential" business.

This and a whole lot more, and all over a fucking healthcare bill based upon republican ideology that republicans are willing to do anything to repeal; including risking the lives of the hundreds of thousands of American citizens that pay their damn salaries!

MSNBC most normally never says anything negative about Obama and you know it.  Are you listening to what they're saying?  Do you understand what they are saying?  Do you think he was right to give a speech blasting the conservatives in congress rather than say some comforting words to the families of those involved in that shooting?  From what I understand he gave that speech in the middle of all that going on.  Why doesn't he go directly to congress, not behind closed doors but in front of a camera, and talk to them?  Other presidents have before him both liberal and conservative.  His title is "commander in chief" not "designator in chief".

How do you NOT see the importance of the impending shitstorm the GOP is once again ramming down the throats of the millions of Americans in this country?

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. The POTUS has his eye on the ball and all the god damned republicans want to do is whine, cry, stall, and divert your attention from the fact they're fucking up this country and ruining the lives of everyone. And over what?

YES. Without a single fucking doubt in my mind, the POTUS was right in pointing out that the tragedy in the Navy Yard is going to be nothing compared to the damn disaster the republicans are imposing upon this country! (Now, he in no way said it that way; that's me. But it is in fact the reality.)

YES. It's a tragedy but this nation cannot exist upon going from one tragedy to the next, and hoping those jackwagons in congress are going to do their damn jobs. The fact is, all hope is gone surrounding them doing anything even close to being constructive; especially when their entire focus has been destructive since the 2008 elections!
