In case you didn't notice there are places banning them now as well as toys in kids meals, policing what kids take in their lunches from home and taking them from them if they deem them not healthy, and yes, it is none of the governments business what we eat.  Those people who are going to over indulge are going to do it anyway so why ban everyone from them?  After the health care thing gets into full swing, if it doesn't get slapped to the curb, it will get worse.  I realize it's the states at this point but it is being done because of the suggestions by those in power.
