Like I said hard head, it was an allowed deduction but you had to keep strict records for them to accept it.  Think about it those IRS field agents will do anything to make you pay and not accept a return as is let alone drop checking any further if there is something not right or a reason they can get more money out of a person.

  Well, shit for brains.  Our CPA said a person can take gas expense off the business, which we did, but not off personal business which we did not.  I would put up Winegarder and Ass. against you or any of your so called tax experts friends.  After driving to Indianapolis for 38 years we would have, they said we couldn't and we didn't.   Life is hard enough than bringing in the IRS.  Lucky. :kiss:

  Case closed, end of subject.  You can say you won. The wife just checked Goggle and some lucky people just might be lucky enough to get it if they had a certain job.  We didn't.  :salute:

methinks the dems are in real trouble, and that is why the are inciting violence and rhetoric....desperate times/desperate measures...
