Costing more in real dollars than you pay.  Let's face it, everyone below a certain income level is reliant on those who make more to subsidize their portion of the costs incurred by the government on their behalf.  People with children have a much higher threshold for that level because they pay less in taxes for each of their children at the same time the costs associated with them increase.

  I know what your talking about.  I worked with a guy who was bitching a raise in his property tax.  He just went on and on about it.  He had forget about the increase on property tax was for the cost of the schools in his area.

  The asshole had 7 kids.  After I straightened him out he didn't speak to me for a week of two.  What a loss.
