No. Barney Franks has never hidden his sexual orientation. Unlike Mark Foley, Larry Craig, and Ted Haggard. Not to mention that persistent internet rumor about Boys' Town and Bohemian Grove.

Homosexuality does not appear to be limited to one political party. Lying about it is definitely a republican trait.

Oh yeah, Charlie Christ (FL) who resigned from the GOP.  Something tells me he will come out, after he is elected as an Independent to the Senate.

Even if she could say it, you probably couldn't spell it or conjugate it correctly.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

 House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat, called for an investigation of those who are protesting the building of the Ground Zero Mosque on Tuesday...............  what a f'ing b!tch!!!!

She WANT's to silent Americans who disagree with her and her precious party!!!!

She is AGAINST any investigation of WHO or HOW the $100 million funding for those proposed "Cordoba House"...which is a no brainer, but yet she is ready to punk out ANY one who is speaking out against this....  she may as well start with her buddy Harry Reid...because he has balled up to speak against the building of this mosque in the ground zero area.....

DEMOCRATS SUCK  is the name of the thread....and Pelosi, only re-enforces my stance as WHY I think, they 'Suck'....

by the way, ...the name of the proposed mosque is to be; "Cordoba House" ironicly, bears the name of a Christian city in Spain, that was conquered by Muslims around 711...

just sayin...

More bullshit that your ilk reads on one of your right-wing websites and never takes the time to validate before propagating.  Cordoba was taken by a Muslim army from the Visigoths, a tribe of barbarians whose primary religion was Arianism.  That nothwithstanding, the city has changed hands so many times and by so many groups over the course of history that it would be difficult to make the argument that it is any more historically significant to any one religion than to any other.

Just sayin'...

What I stated IS true...just google it........there are all sorts of links supporting it.

NOW, maybe it IS all hype to cast a shadow on it....but, it even the name they chose,  shows poor judgement, of all the names, they picked one that WAS a site of a Muslim attack on Christian...maybe the need a new PR, but everything about this idea is wrong.....In MY opinion.

Is investigating funding and people the same thing? I don't think that opposition is bad and should be a right, unless the inspiration for opposing is based on receipt of shady funding. Just saying...

More propaganda put out there by anti-constitutionalist morons. he constitution applies to all, at all times. Not just when it supports your personal perspectives. Its not something you can turn on and off like a light switch.

The government has investigated the group owning the property, and the plans for it, and found no legal reason to stop it that would not violate the constitution. Move on.

This argument does nothing but feed into one of the key components in the 9/11 terrorist campaign; to divide and conquer. To provide validation for their hatred of Americans, and to fuel that hatred.

I did Google it and you are bastardizing history...well, really, you aren't because you're just repeating what someone else said...but someone is.  Rather than reading about it on Rush's site or Whack Nut Daily, why not just Google Cordoba, Spain and read an unbiased account of the history of the region and of the city exclusive of the context of the NYC mosque and draw your own conclusions (if you are able).  Cordoba is one of the most historically significant cities in the world but not for the reason you portend.

QuoteNOW, maybe it IS all hype to cast a shadow on it....but, it even the name they chose,  shows poor judgement, of all the names, they picked one that WAS a site of a Muslim attack on Christian.

So, in your mind Arianism is the same as Christianity?  Can we assume that you, then subscribe to all of the tenets of Arianism since they're one in the same?  Do the Muslims still control that region or were they subsequently defeated by another group and driven out?  What is the predominate religion of the group that drove them out?  What is the predominate religion in the region now.

You're grasping at straws...leaky straws.

Hear, hear.  Ironic that the same people who are always preaching personal responsibility are never willing to accept any for their role in anything.

any proof to back up that statement?

Seriously?  Is it your expectation that the government wouldn't have investigated them?  What world do you live in?
