If you are moral person, you don't sign a bad check, a bad contract or a bad law.  If they came back it would be a guarantee that a bad law that would hurt the people would be made law.  I guess you don't have don't have good morals or will fight for what is right.

So, JUST because THEY think it is a bad law.....then that makes it okay to violate our democratic process?.....They don't HAVE to sign a contract, they have to vote YES or NO.  That is what they were elected to do.

Yes, that is exactly what it is. Troll certainly lives up to his name. He dodges questions, doesn't present any facts to back up his claims, slings insults and personal attacks. Then claims victory in the debate and tries to change the subject.

Succinct! The only way to avoid it is to agree with him and even then it's anybody's guess. ;D

You're wrong again.  They were voted in by their people.  They were voted on to protect their people.  You keep saying that the Republican won, so therefore they get to pass bad laws.

Just like Hitler was elected and when his party got in, they passes bad law after bad law after bad law and those who voted against him died.  Killed.  Murdered.  I really believe that if the Teabaggers got control of the Republican Party.  They would with their religious fervor would kill, murder and anyone that was against them.  The religious leaders have done it before.  Let us

it is only the liberals who think it is a bad law.......the majority want's laws restored to do what is best for the people.  They had an election.  Now, there is a vote, to do what is best.  The liberals are more concerned about their agenda, than the will of the people.

You have swallowed the kool-aid and using the Hitler tactics.....this is usually used at desperate times to 'scare' the masses into thinking like they do.

I still have faith in the democratic process.........the tea party is nothing more than every day folks who is tired of washington abusing the democratic process......

Bush, who Henry voted for twice.  Yes 2 times he voted for him and you want to trust his thinking.  Bullshit.

I never said to trust my thinking...I am just one vote....the majority of the people put New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin into conservative leadership.....for a reason.

Charlie's going to the sin bin; it looks more and more likely each and every day. (And this case proves that my fears surrounding the tea party ET AL and their emotional propaganda serve no useful purpose to any law abiding citizen other than to blind them to the fact they are letting the fox into the hen house, are very real and very valid).

I'd agree if it were only one. The fact is that there are several, (That Paul pseudo nazi that KY elected would be another outed example), and as you can see by their current effort to union bust, it is just a matter of time before they take off their masks and rear their ugly faces. . .So I wouldn't start crowing if I were you. . .

It is STILL illegal and unconstitutional. . . and I've already told you how and why. . .

Ok, I went back through all your posts and cannot find where you explained how this law is illegal or unconstitutional. Could you repost it?
