Wow. . . you've really got to expand your horizons when it comes to the news gathering sources you are using. . .

The POTUS has been on top of this since the inception, and you'll be happy to hear he is paying strict attention surrounding where the funding is coming from surrounding control and clean up. He has already come out and said that BP needs to foot the bill for this, but it will not gate necessary federal response or resources nor be an impediment toward deploying them.

In case you didn't notice this is an environmental disaster on many levels, and not just the fact there is an oil slick growing larger by each minute. The utilization of quick fixes, like using dispersants, carry with them long reaching environmental ramifications that in some cases make the cure worse than the disease.

They did indeed start burning it off, but the gale force winds the area had been experiencing forced them to stop, Had you truly cared about this situation, and were not just trying to find a new bat to beat the POTUS with, you would have already known all of this. It has been all over the mainstream media. . .
