and That just became a law two years ago, and the liberal courts are having a fit over it...and trying to appeal it....

I haven't heard of any attempt to repeal the law recently. Have you?

I'll accept your Examiner source, even though it is over a year old, and the only source it cites is the Heritage foundation. However, your other source is a blog. We've talked about that before.

I'm a lot more concerned about the insecure and buggy voting machines, than about illegals trying to pass off phony ID to vote.

  Hawk   This is not a black and white world, for me to answer no illegal aliens have ever voted would be silly.  But I will say that they are not voting in the huge numbers you say they are.  The few that vote would not be enough to change an election..  For you to ask a question is like a lawyer asking, Do you still beat you wife?

Last big case we saw of that here in Indiana was being done by the BMV...the same people who would be issuing the required ID's anyway!

There are undocumented aliens who do have utility bills in their own names, we see them at the pantry every month, also school ids, since all you need for a school id is to be enrolled, no proof of citizenship.
