I was just asked out on a date. He wants to take me to Ruths Chris Steakhouse next week.
I've never blindly went out on a date like this. All of this is so new to me after being married for 20+ years. Wow, I'm just a little overwhelmed by it all and I love it.  :smile:

We hit it off amazingly. I haven't laughed so much in a long time.  :biggrin:
He asked me to go with him on a trip out of town in a little over a month.  :yes:
I haven't been this giddy and happy in a long  time.  :smitten:

Isn't that just the greatest feeling when you can't get that smile off your face? I still vividly remember that part when I first started dating my husband. Friends would just say his name and  I'd erupt into  this huge $hiteatin' grin.
