Lindsay Lohan Sues Over Commerical, Owns The Name Lindsay

Hey, girlfriend's got to get paid somehow!

Now that Jersey Shore cast members are reeling in more dough than Lindsay Lohan for appearances at crappy nightclubs across the nation, Agent Orange had to do something.

Lohan is suing financial company E-Trade, saying the "milkaholic" baby in its latest commercial, also named Lindsay, was modeled after her.

God, what we would give to be in the courtroom to hear these arguments.

The ad is part of a series starring babies in the stock market. This one features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend on video chat for not calling her back.

"And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the girl asks him.

"Lindsay?" he replies, as another girl sticks her head out and says, "Milk-a-what?"

Lohan's Lawyer said the actress' name has the same degree of recognition as Oprah or Madonna.

'Lindsay' is such a rare name and all.

Just what makes her think they modeled the baby after her anyway?  How conceited can you get?  Why would an attorney even take such a case?

Heck, when I hear the name Lindsay, I think of Goober on Andy Griffith..............NOW THERE is an Actor......HE should be suing the Lohans for the emotional stress caused to George Lindsay for her exploitation of his fine name...
