I really don't know what the outcome of the HCB will be.  It certainly is bought and paid for by the insurance/financial sector through congress.  Would I blame obama for the outcome?  Not sure, but seems no one is able to fight the kind of money the insurance/financial sector holds, now, and I blame raygun and just about everyone else, ever since they flipped manufacturing vs financials as THE gov't investment strategy.  But your guy, cheney, and his little buddy, bush, exacerbated the problem beyond all belief.

'Birthers' Who Keep Asking About Obama's Birth Certificate May Get Cut Off

Taking direct aim at the "birthers" who keep insisting that despite evidence to the contrary they don't believe President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, lawmakers there have sent a bill to the governor that "lets any Hawaii department ignore repeated requests for information from the same person -- if the department already has responded within a year," The Honolulu Advertiser reports.

That would give the state's Health Department the OK to turn down multiple requests from the same person -- something that officials say happens often.

And among the statements the department has put out is this, issued last July, from Director Chiyome Fukino, a Republican:

"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai'i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."
FactCheck.org is one organization that has "seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate." That non-partisan organization's conclusion: "Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said."

I have lived in fear with thoughts of the damage an inexperienced, lying, leftist-ideologue can do to our nation ever since 0 Bama's core beliefs slipped out. If not held in check through free elections, we can lose all we have worked and died for over the years.
