Cosmopolitan dug through their archives to find a June 1982 issue featuring a very naked chap by the name of Scott Brown playing centerfold model. Flattering, in a certain light, but possibly problematic for Brown, who is running for Ted Kennedy's United States Senate seat in Massachusetts. "Vote for Brown. He Has One Hell of a Stimulus Package," the lady mag suggests as a slogan.

Party of morality my ass.  I read this little tidbit elsewhere yesterday that was written by a woman whose avatar is a poster with the Republican elephant and the slogan, "Don't say we didn't warn you": "...i am confident that we can turn things around and stop this destruction of traditional american values.  the people have spoken in jersey, virginia and now in massachusetts.  the more shenanigans that the far leftists pull, the worse they will look and the more votes they will lose"

Her profile reveals that she has a dog kennel in Iowa and when you google the address, you get a link to the Iowa sex offenders registry which reveals that there is a Tier 2 sex offender (aggravated sexual assault of a child) registered at that same address.  Traditional American values indeed.

The fact that her people can't spell, doesn't mean he (or his) can. This seems to be a common logical failing around this board. People assume that proving one party is wrong automatically makes the other party right. It doesn't. They could both have their heads so far up their butts they are blind, deaf and suffocating. Personally, I think this is the natural condition of the aberration known as "politician."

But I thought you had more discernment.

All this is is an indication of the level of focus, or lack thereof, of the individual checking the copy before printing. You get what you pay for. . .
