There is now a serious track record about her lack of knowledge and her attempts to bs her way through a hundreds of situations, most of which she sought out to display herself publicly.

She simply is what she has proven herself to be over and over -- a fraud.

Now, if you had watched the show you would know her dad said he did set the sight before they left when she told him it was off and he took the gun and tested it after they got back to camp and found she was right.  The shots did startle the animal and he jumped and looked around but they were out of sight.  If you watched the show you would remember they were in the open, landscape wise, but hidden and in the distance so the animal saw nothing out of the ordinary.   When she was handed the other rifle, which did kick unlike the first one which she preferred,  she hit it in the kill zone first shot out of that rifle. 

She is no more a media whore than anyone else who goes on camera or is in the public eye so quit with that already.  And Troll, as far as her freezer goes you don't know but what they also have a larger one.  We have a small one, a large one, and the one in our fridge so you can't judge a thing on the one you happened to see.   I don't imagine anyone in Alaska has just one small freezer. 

I'm sorry but I just don't understand the mentality of putting someone and their family down or calling them names just because they happen to disagree with them politically.  It is childish and non productive and serves no purpose whatsoever.

All I have to say about Palin is, she is not as bad as she has been portrayed by the media.  With that said, I want in no way, for her to be running for POTUS.  Nor do I think she will be.  Troll is correct with his forcast on this.  She also has a style of speech that is excessively impressionistic and lacking in detail (#5 on Palehorses list) that drives me crazy.  (Thanks to SNL).  I hope she merely continues to give speeches and raise money for the conservative movement....and let it go at that.

Listen, I am not putting her on any pedestal (sp?) or do I worship any ground she walks on.  She has built a pretty strong base, even if you don't like them, and IF she can continue to raise money, and draw support to a "true" conservative, then I am not going to trash her.  If she proves out to be as you say, she will run her course with the conservatives soon enough and will go away.

She appeals to every wanker who wants to hit it and every woman who knows she has about the same IQ as Palin but not the looks and has a fantasy that they want to be her. People with unfulfilled lives.

And, since there are so many of them who can't separate reality from fantasy, they will keep her around kind of as a "maybe I can fulfill that wish sometime."

  Oh my gosh, I agree with  you again.  Poor old Sarah has no idea what would happen if the Conservative Republicans thought she could get the main spot on the ticket.  They would just plain kill her.  They don't want her no way no how.  You are right on this one, Henry.
