but I'm sure Bush is why they can't lead...

That right there is a prime example of how the brown shirts think and act. When presented with proof that supports the position of their opposition, they fall back upon parroting of the party propaganda instead of trying to understand the root cause of an issue and seeking remediation of the problem(s).
